How long will take to receive my order?
For all orders please allow up to 10 days for delivery from time of ordering, unless noted otherwise. Preorder time frames will vary and will be shown in the description. Once your order is shipped you will be notified by email with a tracking number.
Returns or Exchanges?
There are NO Returns, exchanges ONLY! All exchanges must be made within 7 days of receipt. Customer is responsible for all shipping charges. Garments may be exchanged in NEW CONDITION ONLY! All tags must be in place and never been worn or damaged, otherwise the exchange will be denied. All custom made orders NO Exchanges and NO Returns
Do we ship International?
Yes, we do. All customers are responsible for the Custom duty charges accessed by your country. FFB will not be held responsible for any Customs duty charges, VAT charges, or any other charges that your country requires. These costs are determined by your local customs office. FFB cannot determine the cost of these charges in advance.
- What forms of payment do you accept?
We gladly accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discover, or regular account payments all through PayPal.
- How secure is this store?
This store uses PayPal for payments, and PayPal automatically encrypts your confidential information in transit from your computer to ours using the Secure Sockets Layer protocol (SSL) with an encryption key length of 128-bits (the highest level commercially available).
- Do I need a PayPal account to purchase from this store?
No, you are not required to have a PayPal account to purchase from this store. Although if you already have a PayPal account you may use it.

FFB will try and minimize these charges by listing the Wholesale cost of your package on the commercial invoice rather than the retail value. This provides the customs agents with a true, legal value, while minimizing your costs.
We will not check International orders as a “gift” in order to reduce custom charges.
